THE PREPARATION…
It was in July of this year that the Forms for SEC Application of The House Of The Way was started to be filled up. It was a tough job because since then, there were so many corrections made from small details to general ones. There were several hesitations and tears-shedding as the preparations went on even to the extent that the person in charge was about to give up. Yet, because each one has a role to play, everybody lifted every concern in prayer. Even the name of the Company itself underwent several changes. But God showed that He is the real owner of the company so it was named The House Of The Way – GLCaldea Inc.
THE PROCESSING...A few days after Neneng came home from California it was decided that the Caldea family would go to Iloilo to process the registration on the 12th of August. On the way they sang praise and worship to the Lord led by Neneng and the cute little girl named Angel, the real angel in the family. The group arrived 11 A.M. Each one prayed while the papers were scrutinized, checked and changed some entries. Then they were requested to come back at 2 P.M. Upon arrival at SEC Office, the group was informed that the SEC Director had a speaking engagement and that he could not stay long. That was another prayer time for us. And GOD ANSWERED OUR PRAYERS.
THE ISSUANCE… At long last…..The House Of The Way is now officially registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) this August 12, 2008. We give all the Praises and Glory to God!!!!
Alternative Learning System (ALS)
Formerly Non-Formal Education
One of the programs of The House Of The Way is to provide an Educational Program in honor of Dr. Agustin E. Masa, the First President of Filamer Christian College. So, we coordinated with Dr. Divina Borbon, the DepEd ALS Supervisor of the Roxas City Division, and informed Brgy X & XI Officials about the program. An orientation meeting was then made possible on August 8 & 9, 2008 respectively. Many attended such meeting especially the Out-of-School Children, Out-of-School Youth and Adults who were excited to finish elementary and secondary education.
